If you are a private person who would like to turn in small amounts of precious metals for recycling, please contact the Heraeus Kulzer Service Center by telephone at +49 800 43772522.
Should you wish to turn in larger amounts of gold (200 grams or more of precious metal) for recycling, or if you as a commercial customer or credit institution plan to work with Heraeus in this area, please contact the Functional Materials Division’s Semi-finished Jewelry Products department.
